Meet Brock, a Certified Interior Decorator and the founder of Reclamation Home.
I believe great interiors should be accessible, thoughtful, and deeply personal.
I specialize in creating welcoming homes where families can live fully, make memories, and gather with the people they love. Whether it’s a single room, a full home, or preparing a property for sale, my goal is always the same: to design spaces that feel calm, functional, and warmly lived in.
Before founding Reclamation Home, I spent more than a decade building a career in finance. Over time, I realized that while my work was analytical, the place that grounded me most was my home. In the middle of demanding days, it became a sanctuary — a space that offered steadiness and clarity. That experience reshaped how I think about home and ultimately led me to build a business around it.
Today, I bring both creativity and structure to every project. My background in finance informs how I approach budgeting, sourcing, and planning — with transparency, discipline, and careful attention to detail. Clients can expect a thoughtful process, clear communication, and spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
I am a Certified Interior Decorator based near Salt Lake City, Utah, serving clients throughout Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties in person. Remote services are available beyond Northern Utah.
Together, we can create a home that truly supports the life you build inside your walls.

Item descriptionAbsolutely—and it's one of the best times to involve a designer. Yes. Virtual interior design provides professional design guidance no matter where you live. You'll receive a customized design plan, furniture recommendations, room layout, visual renderings, and a shopping list to help bring your space to life.
-
Of course. Great design doesn't always start from scratch. Whenever possible, I enjoy incorporating meaningful pieces you already own and pairing them with carefully selected additions to create a home that feels collected and personal.
-
While my style is often described as transitional, rather than designing around one specific style, I create warm, collected interiors that blend timeless materials with clean, contemporary styling. Every project is designed to reflect the people who live there instead of following short-lived trends.

Yes. Many clients reach out before they've purchased furniture or while their home is still under construction. Getting design guidance early can help ensure your furniture, lighting, artwork, and décor work together from the start, making the finished home feel cohesive rather than pieced together over time.
